Hello, I'm Laura.
I'm so pleased you've found your way here.
For more than twenty-five years, I've worked across clinical practice, senior leadership and organisational improvement, helping individuals, teams and organisations navigate change and achieve meaningful growth.
While I continue to work in leadership, I created Luminous Within to fulfil another part of my purpose: working directly alongside people through one-to-one coaching, helping them better understand themselves and flourish.
Coaching gives me the opportunity to do exactly that, creating the space for meaningful conversations, personal growth and lasting change, one person at a time.
